What Youll Do:
As an EEG Technician, you will conduct outpatient EEG tests, ensuring accurate and reliable recordings to assist neurologists in diagnosis and treatment planning. Your expertise will contribute to critical health outcomes, working primarily day shifts with flexible scheduling options including 5-8's or 4-10's shifts.
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of EEG testing experience
- Experience working with pediatric patients (peds experience)
- Ability to perform in a nicotine-free environment
- Proficiency with EEG equipment and test protocols
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to follow strict safety and clinical guidelines
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional certifications in neurodiagnostics or related fields
- Experience working in outpatient or hospital settings
- Multilingual abilities to assist diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Neurodiagnostics, or related field
- Prior experience in outpatient EEG testing environment
Other Requirements:
- Must pass drug screening and be tested alongside other pre-employment requirements
- Must have received the flu vaccine (religious or medical exemptions will not be accepted)
- This position may include travel or certification reimbursements where applicable
