Overview
We are hiring for an Electro-Mechanical Technician to support final assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of high-speed inspection systems used in food and beverage manufacturing. This is a hands-on role working with mechanical components, wiring, sensors, cameras, and basic software systems. You'll help ensure equipment is fully functional and ready before it ships to customers. No advanced experience required—training is provided for candidates with strong mechanical or electrical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with assembly, integration, and testing of industrial equipment
- Perform basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Support setup of cameras, sensors, and inspection components
- Run system tests and verify performance before shipment
- Document issues and update system status in Excel or internal systems
- Work with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work area
Requirements
- Basic experience with mechanical or electrical work (school, trade program, hands-on projects, or job experience)
- Ability to use hand tools and basic test equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, or similar)
- Ability to work on-site in Solon, OH
Preferred (Not Required)
- Manufacturing, assembly, or technician experience
- Exposure to automation, sensors, or cameras
- Ability to read basic schematics or drawings
