Electro-Mechanical Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the operations manager and assist with essential electro-mechanical tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing key accounts, processing orders and maintaining financial records. You'll also oversee logistics and shipping operations, ensuring efficient domestic transactions while playing a pivotal role in handling returns and managing inventory. Additionally, you'll be the central point of communication across our manufacturing, service, sales, and shipping departments, ensuring seamless coordination and support for all business needs. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a similar capacity, proficiency in office software and ERP systems, strong customer interaction skills, and a solid understanding of compliance with industry standards. A passion for organization and team collaboration will set you apart. U.S. citizenship is mandatory for this role due to ITAR work requirements.
