Electro-Mechanical Technician II

As an Electro-Mechanical Technician II, you’ll work on a wide range of custom automation equipment involving:
  • Electrical systems
  • Mechanical assemblies
  • Pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Electronic controls
  • Conveyor and production systems
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, repairing equipment, and collaborating with engineering and production teams.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electro-mechanical equipment
  • Diagnose issues involving electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and precision measuring tools
  • Read and interpret:
    • Schematics
    • Wiring diagrams
    • Mechanical drawings
    • Product specifications
  • Support and improve repair procedures and quality processes
  • Complete repair documentation and service reports
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts across the department
  • Occasionally travel to customer sites for troubleshooting and repairs

What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
  • 3–5 years of electro-mechanical technician experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple systems
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Electrical systems
    • Mechanical assemblies
    • Pneumatics
    • Hydraulics
    • Electronic controls
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree from a technical school or college
  • Experience working in automation or custom machinery environments
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience mentoring or training others is a plus


Pay $28 - $32 / hour W2 depending on experience
