In this role, you will:
- Conduct precision maintenance and troubleshooting on sophisticated production systems.
- Engage with PLCs to swiftly address equipment issues and uphold operational efficiency.
- Analyze complex schematics and blueprints to execute meticulous machinery overhauls.
- Adhere to a 12-hour rotating schedule, maintaining top-notch communication throughout shift transitions.
- Occasionally travel for collaborative projects, benefitting from specialized training and support as needed.
We're looking for candidates with:
- A solid background in electro-mechanical systems, highlighted by a relevant degree or significant hands-on experience.
- Expertise in identifying and fixing issues within AC/DC motors and proficiency in PLC interactions.
- Demonstrated employment stability with no more than two employers in the last five years.
- The ability to thrive in a structured shift environment while contributing to a cohesive and trusting team.
