What will I be doing most days?

• Carrying out planned maintenance to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Pinpointing the root cause of mechanical faults and resolving them efficiently.
• Inspecting equipment for performance, safety, and reliability.
• Partnering with production teams to improve throughput and reduce waste.
• Recording all work performed, parts used, and observations in maintenance systems.
• Practicing safety-first, including consistent LOTO and adherence to site protocols.
• Helping install, align, wire, and commission new machinery and upgrades.

What background helps me succeed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; a related technical certificate or degree is a plus.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, electro-mechanical repair, or a similar craft.
• Solid grasp of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles.
• Ability to interpret manuals, drawings, and electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Proven troubleshooting mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Team-oriented communicator with a collaborative approach.
• Willing to support flexible scheduling and overtime when needed.
