Is this you?
- Do you enjoy solving problems across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems?
- Can you read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals—and turn them into fast, accurate fixes?
- Are you the person who finds the issue, plans the repair, and keeps meticulous records so it doesn’t happen again?
What you’ll do
- Own preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for industrial equipment, facility systems, and building infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and correct faults in electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Install and maintain key components—bearings, gears, belts, motors, pumps, and conveyor systems—with proper alignment and adjustment.
- Interpret electrical prints, mechanical drawings, OEM manuals, and work orders to complete jobs correctly the first time.
- Capture maintenance details in logs, track repairs, and manage spare parts inventory to ensure readiness.
- Coordinate with production to address equipment concerns and schedule work to minimize disruption to output.
- Apply and promote safety procedures, including strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
- Pitch in with facility upkeep—HVAC support, light plumbing, and general building repairs—when needed.
What makes you successful here
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification preferred.
- 3+ years in a manufacturing or production maintenance role.
- Demonstrated strength across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic disciplines.
- Skilled and safe with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Welding/fabrication basics are advantageous.
- Comfort working solo on a task or collaborating with a team to meet deadlines.
Why you’ll like it
Every day brings a new challenge and the chance to keep vital equipment humming. If you’re solutions-focused and safety-driven, you’ll make an immediate impact.
