About SMC Ltd.

SMC Ltd. is a global, technology-driven partner to the medical market. Our teams thrive on speed, precision, and performance—and we continue to grow because people who share those values choose to build their careers here.

Your Impact in Santa Rosa

Join our Santa Rosa manufacturing team to elevate productivity, enhance quality, and improve margins. You’ll help implement smart automation, strengthen statistical process controls, streamline product flow using lean methods, and advance our systems to keep operations running at their best.

A Day in the Life

Imagine starting your shift by opening IQMS, reviewing preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, and prioritizing actions that keep the plant humming. You’ll document completed PMs, coordinate parts so the right components are on hand, and source items for repairs without delay. On any given day, you may fabricate a small bracket to improve a machine changeover, troubleshoot a hydraulic leak, or validate an electrical repair—all while following company and regulatory standards. You’ll use hand and power tools confidently and safely, collaborate across departments with clear, professional communication, and log your work on a computer using Microsoft Office. And when there’s a better way to do the job, you’ll help design it—then do it.
