You analyze the issue, trace it to a sensor input on the PLC, swap a motor, verify alignment, and get production back on track — safely and quickly. The mission

Safeguard uptime, quality, and safety by maintaining and repairing plant equipment across mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.

Core responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and corrective maintenance on machines and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems.
  • Complete routine inspections to prevent failures and ensure safe operation.
  • Document work performed, parts used, and findings with clarity and accuracy.
  • Respond to urgent calls and support production during off-normal events.
  • Share best practices with teammates to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Work safely at all times; follow established procedures and regulations.
  • Take on other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications to succeed

  • Minimum of six (6) months mechanical work experience on your application, or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program within the past three (3) years.
  • Rehire eligibility: after 365 days, provided fewer than three prior stints.
  • Must be 18+ with valid identification.
  • Comfort using basic hand tools; ability to read and follow assignments.
  • Baseline knowledge in welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics & plumbing.
  • Physical readiness to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs to 120 feet and ladders up to 60 feet, stand for extended periods, and work in hot, cold, and inclement weather.
