We pride ourselves on technical excellence and outstanding customer service across the Philadelphia region and beyond.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Lead Field Service Technician to join our team. This is a key role that gives you significant control over your own schedule. You will primarily handle on-site field service calls while also performing shop work (motor assembly/disassembly) when field work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and rebuild AC/DC motors, pumps, gearboxes and fans both on-site and in the shop
  • Perform on-site bearing changes, shaft alignments, and vibration analysis
  • Deliver professional customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Efficiently manage your own schedule and service calls as a self-motivated “go-getter”
  • Assemble and disassemble motors in the shop during downtime between field jobs
What We Offer
  • Company-provided work van and gas card
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • High degree of schedule autonomy
  • Mix of field service and shop work
  • Stable, long-term opportunity with a respected 118-year-old family business
Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding AC/DC motors, pumps, and fans
  • Hands-on experience with on-site bearing replacement, alignments, and vibration analysis
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills
  • Timely, reliable, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
If you are a skilled technician who thrives on independence, takes pride in quality work, and enjoys both field and shop environments, we want to hear from you!
