Electro-Mechanical Technician
1 year contract with extension or conversion potential
Day Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST.

Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining high-speed production equipment to reduce downtime and ensure product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM)
- Improve equipment performance and output
- Follow cGMP and SOPs; update procedures as needed
- Rebuild and restore parts
- Collaborate with production teams and engineers
Qualifications- 3-5 years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Experience with PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, and VFDs
- High school diploma (technical certification preferred)
- Strong English communication skills
Preferred- High-speed manufacturing experience
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
Work Environment- 12-hour day or night rotating shifts
- Strict safety and aseptic standards
