• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Foundational electrical knowledge and ability to identify and work with electrical components such as wires, relays, fuses, and terminals.
• Capable of using hand tools, including screwdrivers, rivet guns, torquing tools and power drivers.
• Will use testing equipment, includes air pressure gages, battery testers, voltage meters, and load banks.
• Ability to complete paperwork and documentation upon completion of job.
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to develop electrical assembly skills.

• Assemble machinery, metal products, and electrical components following instructions.
• Assemble trailers as required.
• Install accessories on generators and compressors.
• Cut and prepare wiring and wire harnesses.
• Read and follow basic electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Use hand tools, including crimpers and multimeters.
• Secure units onto trailers.
• Maintain logs, records, and reports regarding production, machine upkeep, and product discrepancies.
• Conduct basic product inspections to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Address any product issues and notify the quality department and plant supervisor.
• Care for equipment and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Conduct inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, and communicate with materials handlers for replenishment.
• Transport units from production to Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), from PDI to Mounting, and from Mounting to the staging area.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to company standards.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
The Assembly Technician is an entry-level role focused on learning core assembly and electrical processes. This position supports wiring, and accessory installations while gaining hands-on experience with electrical components and systems.
