Under general supervision, perform hands-on mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical assembly of perfusion modules, following standard documentation and equipment. Contribute to meeting production targets while ensuring safety and quality. Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow, support continuous improvement, and assist in troubleshooting assembly processes. Maintain organized work areas, adhere to safety regulations, and support lean initiatives. Communicate effectively with supervisors and quality personnel to address issues, ensure compliance with quality standards, and document processes accurately. Participate in training to enhance skills, support process changes, and initiate Non-Conforming Material reports when needed. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, with preferred skills including attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, teamwork, and basic computer skills. The role aims to support the company's mission to improve patient outcomes through high-quality medical technology production.
