Job DescriptionElectrification Analysts at Tri‑State develop, promote, implement, and analyze new and existing energy‑efficiency and electrification programs for a variety of customer classes. Managing programs offers an opportunity to make a substantial impact on lives and businesses, increasing the adoption of energy‑saving and electrification measures that lower overall utility costs and provide value to Tri‑State's member owners. The role also includes participation in external discussions, events, and industry meetings on available and emerging programs and technologies.This position will focus on working with member utilities to develop and implement programs for energy efficiency and electrification measures, specifically for small‑business end‑consumers, irrigators, industrial, and oil and gas members. Tri‑State implements several commercial programs, mainly around energy assessments and custom incentives.
