Electrician Section Lead

The Electrician - Section Lead oversees and mentors a team of electricians performing electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a military base.

• Lead daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low- and medium-voltage systems
• Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and base standards
• Enforce safety procedures, conduct inspections, and maintain documentation
• Support emergency repairs, quality audits, and coordination with other trades
• Possess at least 5 years of electrical experience, a Master or Journeymen license, and the ability to read technical diagrams
• Work in outdoor environments, capable of travel, and maintain security clearance
• Must meet deployment and environmental requirements, including valid U.S. licenses and visas
