Who we are looking for:

This role requires strong technical ability, safe work practices, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a crew. You will be expected to deliver high‐quality craftsmanship, follow NEC and local codes, and represent the company with professionalism on every job.

Candidates should be experienced in the following areas:

• Ability to read, interpret, and redline blueprints, schematics, and system design documents.
• Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, NEC, and inspection requirements.
• Ability to perform and manage electrical installations
• Skilled in conduit bending, panel terminations, branch circuits, feeders, and equipment hookups
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and safely
• Punctual, well-mannered and able to complete work in a timely manner in an environment with low supervision.
• Take pride in craftsmanship.
• Understand and exhibit proper use and safe handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Perform work at various heights and from various platforms ie: ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, roofs, and/or other designated safe work areas.
• Work in restrictive/tight areas (i.e. switchgear rooms, crawl spaces, utility tunnels, attics, etc.)

Career Level Required:

Completed a 4-year apprenticeship and/or min. 8,000 hrs On Job Training

GED or Equivalent

Building trades experience or similar a plus but not required
