Title: Electrician Level 3
Location: Thomaston, GA
Type of Hire: Full time/Direct
Industry: Manufacturing - Plastic food packaging products
Shift: 7:45am to 8pm
As an Electrician III, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial equipment using schematics, controls, and advanced systems to drive safety, efficiency, and reliability.
+ Maintain, install, and repair equipment, electrical systems and facility electrical systems.
+ Utilize electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature and pressure gauges
+ Maintain and utilize maintenance systems for work orders, breakdown reporting and track machine modifications.
+ Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and light fixtures. Replace damages or broken components
+ Troubleshoot electrical equipment
Qualifications
+ Seven (7) years of experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical equipment or machinery, or comparable experience with trade school or training
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
+ Proficiency in reading/writing wiring diagrams, programming PLCs, and a basic understanding of NEC
+ Knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature and pressure gauges
+ Familiarity with a variety of tools and the ability to troubleshoot basic problems.
