Assist skilled craftsperson(s) by performing supportive duties under supervision, with responsibilities varying based on experience level.
Learn to interpret drawings, plans, and software to determine work procedures, tools, and equipment needed for troubleshooting and repairs.
Help install electrical conduit, cable, duct banks, control/distribution apparatus, and assist with testing and startup of systems.
Support wiring, disassembly, and repair of electrical equipment, working with high and low voltage systems.
Operate various hand tools and assist in observing system functions for hazards or adjustments.
Qualifications include experience as an Electrician Helper in industrial settings, safety knowledge, and effective communication skills.
Requirements involve physical mobility, ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, irregular hours, and handling items up to 50 pounds.
Must adhere to safety rules, pass drug tests, and be fit for duty.
