Position Overview
Be part of building a best-in-class electrical training program from the ground up-leading hands-on training while working as part of a highly integrated team.
Kiewit is seeking an experienced Electrical Training & Development Coordinator to support the startup and operation of a new Electrical Training Facility in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. This role is designed for a seasoned construction professional who can translate real-world practices into structured, measurable training programs that produce field-ready craft professionals.
This position operates within a team-based structure:
The Coordinator is the primary leader on the training floor, responsible for ensuring training is executed effectively, safely, and in alignment with field expectations.
While strong electrical experience is preferred, Kiewit is also open to high-performing candidates with strong construction fundamentals, leadership ability, and the aptitude to develop electrical expertise.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) capability is strongly preferred to support training delivery and communication across a diverse workforce.
District Overview
The Kiewit Industrial District delivers self-perform and EPC construction services for complex industrial facilities across North America, including data centers, advanced manufacturing, energy, and process-driven infrastructure projects.

Location
This position will be based at a new Electrical Training Facility currently being developed in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area.
The selected candidate must be located in DFW or willing to relocate in alignment with facility startup and program launch.
Occasional regional travel may be required to support project needs, workforce deployment, and training alignment.
