We are currently seeking a full-time Electrical Test Branch Operator to help ensure every unit is wired correctly, tested thoroughly, and fully functional before it reaches the customer.

Schedule:

• 40-hour work week
• Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in manufacturing, electrical assembly, or product testing
• Must have basic electrical testing knowledge
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
• Familiarity with circuit boards, motors, heaters, fans, or controls preferred
• Experience with multimeters and related test equipment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently

Responsibilities:

• Check voltages, continuity, current draw, and other electrical readings using test equipment
• Inspect circuit board wiring and product connections for accuracy and workmanship
• Verify that fans, heaters, controls, relays, switches, and other product functions operate correctly
• Follow test instructions, wiring diagrams, schematics, and standard work
• Identify failed components, abnormal readings, and wiring issues
• Record test results and report nonconforming product to supervision or quality
• Support troubleshooting and help isolate root causes of product failures
• Keep the test bench, tools, and work area clean, organized, and ready for production
