Kratos has an exciting opportunity forElectrical Technicians.We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Technician to support the fabrication, installation, and testing of cables, harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies for our training devices. In this hands-on role, you will work directly from engineering drawings, wire lists, and diagrams to build and integrate high-quality electrical components, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and adherence to project requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong technical craftsmanship, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement within a dynamic, team-focused environment.

• Fabricate Cables and Harnesses per wire list, diagrams and drawings
• Installation of cables and harnesses in training devices per drawings
• Wire electro-mechanical assemblies
• Perform continuity tests on cables, harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies
• Evaluate and suggest changes and improvements to engineering drawings as required
• Lite Soldering

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wire lists., and wire diagram.
• Ability to use Hand Tools, Crimp Tool and Insertion Tools, Soldering Tools

Preferred Skills/Experience

• 1+ years of electrical experience
• IPC-620
