KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for an Electrical Technician / Satellite Technician in San Jose, California.
Position Description:
Seeking a technician to support engineering teams with the manufacturing of key flight hardware for satellite servicing missions. This role will assist with on-site assembly, qualification, and integration efforts, requiring comfort with hardware, manufacturing equipment, and hands-on assembly work.
The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to advanced aerospace hardware that will ultimately support missions in orbit. The role will work closely on-site with manufacturing partners.
Qualifications:
● Must be a U.S. person due to ITAR regulations, including U.S. citizen, permanent resident
● Willing and able to work in aerospace manufacturing facilities in the San Jose, CA area
● Previous experience with PCB assembly, wire harnessing, avionics, or other advanced assembly processes
● Prior experience assembling hardware or supporting a manufacturing process
● Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where responsibilities may shift regularly
● Willing and able to work in aerospace manufacturing facilities in the San Jose, CA area
● Previous experience with PCB assembly, wire harnessing, avionics, or other advanced assembly processes
● Prior experience assembling hardware or supporting a manufacturing process
● Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where responsibilities may shift regularly
Desired Experience:

Compensation depends on experience but is typically $30.00-$50.00/hour
