We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Technician (Manufacturing) for a permanent role within our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of our electrical systems and equipment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities

1. Design and assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles, using hand tools and measuring instruments.
2. Install and maintain electrical control systems, industrial automation systems, and electrical equipment for industrial machinery and equipment.
3. Inspect electrical project work for quality control and assurance.
4. Interpret electrical and electronic schematics and technical notes.
5. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in industrial/control systems.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to operators, maintenance, and other technicians.
7. Perform detailed documentation of work conducted and maintain records.
8. Adhere to all relevant safety standards and regulations.
9. Collaborate with electrical engineers and other personnel to identify, define, and solve developmental problems.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as an Electrical Technician in a manufacturing setting.
2. A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
3. Proficient in the use of test equipment and hand tools including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and screwdrivers.
4. Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, industrial automation systems, and other related equipment.
5. Strong ability to read and understand complex electrical diagrams and schematics.
6. Exceptional troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
9. Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
10. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
