Introduction
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic specialist to lead the In-Station Process Control and Test diagnostics strategy and implementation. This role focuses on the implementation and execution of In-Station Process Control and Testing systems throughout program development milestones, requiring a strong background in vehicle diagnostics and testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of diagnostics and vehicle repair
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and wireless technologies
- Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Web-Based reporting systems)
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of PFMEA and Failure Mode Avoidance principles
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- End of Line testing experience
- PLC/controls experience
- Experience with Factory Information Systems (FIS) and plant communication
- Experience in automotive manufacturing and launch
- Systems Engineering experience (mechanical and electrical)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of In-Station Process Control and Testing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective diagnostics and testing strategies
- Participate in program development milestones and ensure compliance with industry standards
