Location: Las Vegas, NV

Hours: Full-Time (40–45 hrs/week)

Pay: $30–$50/hour DOE + commissions + bonuses (avg. $85K–$115K annually)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday rotation (4-day workweek, occasional after-hours emergencies)

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems
• Perform panel upgrades, lighting retrofits, EV charger installs, and surge protection
• Communicate clearly with customers, explain options, and close approved work
• Maintain code compliance with NEC and local regulations
• Manage workflow and job notes inServiceTitan (we’ll train you)

What You’ll Bring

• 3–6 years of residential electrical service experience
• Nevada Journeyman License (or equivalent) preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
• Organized, professional, and safety-focused
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, or on ladders
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Own basic tools (we provide specialty equipment)
• Understanding of NEC code, permitting, and inspection standards
