We're looking for a skilled Electrical Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do - Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems and equipment. - Perform electrical inspections and troubleshoot wiring, panels, outlets, switches, lighting, and other residential electrical components. - Install and replace electrical fixtures, devices, and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes. - Educate homeowners on repair options, electrical safety, and recommended system improvements. - Accurately document work performed using company software. - Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle. - Follow all safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures. - Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and fellow team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience. - Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training. What We're Looking For - Residential electrical service experience preferred. - Journeyman Electrician license preferred (or ability to obtain if required by state/local regulations). - Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. - Knowledge of residential electrical codes and safety standards. - Excellent customer service and communication abilities. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. - Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and continuous learning.
