Job Summary
The Electrical Quality Manager is responsible for leading and managing the electrical quality assurance and quality control program for assigned projects. This role ensures that all electrical installations comply with project specifications, applicable codes, customer requirements, and company quality standards. The Electrical Quality Manager will oversee quality personnel, perform inspections and audits, manage documentation, identify and resolve quality issues, and collaborate with project management, field supervision, clients, and inspectors to deliver work safely and to the highest standards.
Job Description
Lead and manage the electrical quality assurance and quality control program for assigned projects
Ensure all electrical installations comply with project specifications, applicable codes, customer requirements, and company quality standards
Oversee quality personnel and provide leadership throughout project execution
Perform quality inspections and audits
Manage quality documentation and records
Identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues
Collaborate with project management, field supervision, clients, and inspectors
Ensure work is completed safely and meets the highest quality standards
Skills Required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing electrical quality teams on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), quality control processes, inspection procedures, and electrical construction best practices.
Experience using Procore for quality management, documentation, inspections, and project tracking.
Proficiency with Pilotsource quality management software for inspections, punch lists, and quality documentation.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Education/Training/Certifications
NCCER Electrical Plus certification required.
NFPA 70E certification required.
Additional Requirements
Journeyman Electrician License
Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts (50-hour work week).
Pay Rate/Salary
$80.00/hr - $90.00/hr. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors
