Our expertise spans traditional electrical contracting, security solutions, audio-visual integration, wireless networking, and building management systems.Job Summary Electrical Project ManagerThe Electrical Project Manager at Miller Electric is a client-facing leader responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion. This role manages estimating, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and on-site coordination while ensuring all company, client, and safety standards are met. The Project Manager supports field teams, maintains strong customer relationships, provides financial forecasting, and mentors junior staff. Through consistent communication, problem solving, and proactive project oversight, this role ensures successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Ensure all company, client, and project policies/procedures are adhered to as specifiedGenerate estimates, prepare and review project proposal or plan to determine and establish a time frame, work plan, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the projectOversee the project through administrative direction of on-site supervision to ensure the project is built in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Includes interfacing with the customer to validate expectations are understood and met before, during, and after project completionPlan, coordinate, and/or manage activities of all company personnel and subcontractors on assigned project(s)Generate billings and lead the collections process for projectsFrequent project visits with field supervision and other personnel to gain an understanding of any progress, needs, or issues.
