Electrical Project Manager -

We are currently hiring Electrical Project Managers with 5+ years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects. Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need in the NYC area.

Job Duties

  • Manage commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Coordinate and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and electrical drawings to ensure accurate execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and material procurement plans.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance on job sites.
  • Conduct site visits, project meetings, and coordinate with clients, engineers, and general contractors.
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company and client standards.
  • Troubleshoot project issues and provide technical support to field teams.
  • Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, inspections, and final documentation.

Electrical Project Manager Requirements

  • 5+ years of recent experience managing commercial electrical projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and updated NEC codes.
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office, and construction management tools.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in the NYC Area.

Compensation

  • Competitive starting pay $60,000 - $70,000 per year depending on experience.
