Job TitleLead Electrical Construction ManagerJob DescriptionLead all phases of electrical construction for mission critical and data center projects. Develop and manage project execution plans, budgets, forecasts, and schedules. Oversee procurement of long-lead electrical equipment, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, and critical infrastructure components. Coordinate closely with owners, commissioning teams, engineers, vendors, and trade partners to ensure seamless project execution. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contract administration, and project documentation. Monitor project financial performance while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Partner with field leadership to maintain schedule milestones, quality standards, and safety expectations. Support commissioning activities and coordinate turnover of complex electrical systems. Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum. Experience managing electrical scopes on data centers, mission critical facilities, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or advanced manufacturing projects. Strong understanding of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, generators, UPS systems, switchgear, and critical power distribution. Proven experience managing complex MEP coordination and commissioning activities. Excellent financial management, contract negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to lead multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, technically demanding environments.
