Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of Commercial Electrical Construction experience. This critical leadership role is responsible for providing direction to the project team to complete projects on time while maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and customer loyalty. The Electrical Project Manager will lead day‑to‑day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of a project.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesManage all project team members: Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinators.Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast‑paced growth.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate understanding and enthusiastic agreement with the vision and mission of EIG.Maintain 100% detailed and hands‑on knowledge of project scope.Control costs, billings, and collections for assigned projects.Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect.Challenge and support jobsite and self‑perform work teams.Accountability for project completion, financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.Required Skills and AbilitiesExcellent listening and communication skills.Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.Ability to create and support team morale.Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., Prolog), accounting cost management software (e.g., CMIC), and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera).A strong work ethic and a “can‑do” attitude.Education and ExperienceDemonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.Experience with running multiple complex, highly technical projects preferably within core markets.Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.5+ years of Project Management within Electrical Commercial Construction.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Travel to and from the office as well as assigned job site(s).#J-18808-Ljbffr
