We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare, higher education, major commercial, government, and high-rise projects, who can drive results in fast-paced, high-impact environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executionOversee projects across healthcare facilities, universities, government buildings, high-rise, and large commercial developmentsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecastsCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsReview drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and complianceManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurementEnsure compliance with NEC, local codes, and OSHA safety standardsConduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safetyLead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholdersIdentify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on trackQualifications5+ years of electrical construction project management experienceProven experience with healthcare, higher education, government, high-rise, or large commercial projectsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction workflowsExperience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPMP certification preferredPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldJourneyman or Master Electrician licenseDesign-build project experienceSalary: $90K–$110K (based on experience)#J-18808-Ljbffr
