Come join the Family!ResponsibilitiesManage submittals, budgets, change orders, RFI's, schedules, and other aspects required to maintain profitable and successful projects.Maintain a complete knowledge of the status of all assigned projects.Execute organization's programs, policies, standards, and procedures consistently.Manage all financial aspects of projects and work orders.Set clear goals and expectations to service techs.Coordinate scheduling of service techs and communicates work locations and job expectations to techs daily.Order materials and supplies as needed.Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.When necessary, estimate change orders for assigned projects.Manage all job closeout procedures.Conduct post-project reviews to determine areas for future improvement.Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within the industry.Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.Position RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience managing electrical projectsExcellent written and oral communicationSelf-motivated and detail orientedCurrent Journeyman or Master TDLR LicenseTechnical proficiency in MS Office and Accubid, or similar estimating softwareTexas Driver's LicenseAbout UsFounded in 2005, Allied Electric Services, Inc. strives to follow its Five Core Values with every project and every service call.
