Our client is one of the fastest growing, privately held electrical contractors in the US and they are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their Dallas team! As a Project Manager, you will oversee mission‑critical/data‑center electrical construction projects, ensuring successful planning, financial performance, team leadership, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and the ability to manage complex, fast‑paced projects.


What You Will Do

  • Lead financial performance of assigned projects, including budgeting, cost controls, and profitability.
  • Manage client relationships and support business development to secure additional work.
  • Oversee all phases of project execution from initiation through closeout.
  • Direct and support project teams, including Senior Project Managers and Project Managers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, schedules, and documentation.
  • Mentor and develop team members to foster continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and submit accurate project closeout documentation, including as‑builts.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

What You Will Need

  • Proven ability to manage project finances, budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction project management, preferably within mission‑critical/data‑center environments.
  • Strong understanding of safe construction practices.
  • Experience working with owners, general contractors, and large‑scale facilities.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies (PMBOK preferred).
  • Familiarity with Procore, Conest, and construction scheduling software.
  • Willingness to relocate if required.
