Responsibilities
Uphold personal and product safety, food‑safety standards, and resolve safety or operational concerns
Troubleshoot, repair, and support bakery equipment including VFDs, servo drives, robots, and safety systems
Perform electrical installations, wiring, conduit work, and functional testing to ensure reliability
Provide electrical training, assist the Maintenance Supervisor, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals
Support shutdown/startup readiness, troubleshoot issues, sustain productivity, follow GMP/LOTO/OSHA rules, and work independently or as part of a team
Qualifications
Minimum age required by applicable safety regulations, along with a high school diploma or GED and certification in industrial electronics or a related field.
3-5 years of related electrical and mechanical background
Able to read, write, and explain safety rules, procedures, manuals, and company policies in English
Background in continuous improvement/TPM, technician leadership, and use of IR cameras or vibration sensors is a plus
Salary: $27/hr. - $35/hr.
