- 2+ years' experience supervising maintenance teams (Union experience a plus)
- Desire to work in a leadership role, supervising, and not as an individual contributor
- Experience with multi-voltage outages and repair
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- B.S./A.A.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferred
- Experience managing schedules, resources, and improvement plans
- Ability to work rotating shifts
