Overview:

Join our dynamic electrical and lighting contracting team as a Journeyman/Project Manager, where you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality electrical services. In this position, you'll leverage your technical expertise to drive innovation, manage complex projects, and contribute to our company's commitment to safety and professional excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, oversee, and direct small to medium-sized electrical projects for the service department.
  • Ensure that pertinent information is effectively communicated to all departments involved in the project to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure the project schedule is maintained.
  • Develop a project budget and track project costs in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Review and study project documents, including estimates, design drawings, specifications, customer proposals, and contracts, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in electrical service.
  • A valid Journeyman License is required.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards.
  • Willingness to be coached and trained on how to manage small/medium-sized projects
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
