Join our dynamic electrical and lighting contracting team as a Journeyman/Project Manager, where you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality electrical services. Responsibilities:
- Plan, oversee, and direct small to medium-sized electrical projects for the service department.
- Ensure that pertinent information is effectively communicated to all departments involved in the project to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
- Monitor project progress and ensure the project schedule is maintained.
- Develop a project budget and track project costs in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Review and study project documents, including estimates, design drawings, specifications, customer proposals, and contracts, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in electrical service.
- A valid Journeyman License is required.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards.
- Willingness to be coached and trained on how to manage small/medium-sized projects
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
