    • Level, flow, and temperature instrumentation
  • Ensure proper electrical wiring, signal scaling, loop integrity, and controls performance
  • Maintain and troubleshoot intrinsically safe (IS) and explosion-proof (XP) electrical systems

Documentation, Controls & Compliance

  • Read and interpret P&IDs, loop sheets, electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and I/O lists
  • Maintain accurate documentation of electrical and controls changes, including redlines and updates
  • Follow all electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, and hazardous area requirements
  • Utilize CMMS systems (SAP, Maintenance Connection) to track electrical and controls maintenance activities

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an I&E Technician, I&C Technician, Electrical Technician, or Controls Technician in a process plant environment
  • Strong background in electrical systems, instrumentation, and industrial controls
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical equipment, PLCs, and control systems
  • Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and controls platforms
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and controls documentation

Preferred

  • Associate's degree or technical training in electrical, instrumentation, or controls
  • Experience with Endress+Hauser, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, or similar instrumentation and controls systems
  • Knowledge of SIS, functional safety (SIL), and controls safety systems
  • Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical and controls equipment

Physical & Work Environment
