Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Electrical, Instrumentation, & Controls (EIC) - Designer I responsible to prepare electrical design packages and specifications supporting electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to support the execution of engineering and construction projects. What You Will Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of electrical-related design experience supporting electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, with exposure to applicable codes and standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC, API, California General Order 95, ISA).
- Experience includes sourcing information within procurement, scheduling, and project tracking systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with AutoCAD (2010 or higher)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
- Remote work not available for this role
What Will Set You Apart:
- Associate degree or technical certification in electrical design, drafting, or related field
- Experience with industrial electrical or controls design environments
Benefits:
Total Rewards: $24.00 - $30.00 / HOUR
