• Compensation: $25-$35/hr based on experience

What You''ll Do:

• Execute panel installations, circuit installs, breaker swaps, and ceiling fan installations.
• Run dedicated electrical lines for residential generator units.
• Focus entirely on high-quality install work, free from extensive diagnostic troubleshooting or sales targets.
• Maintain clean job sites and manage vehicle tool/parts inventory.
• Complete invoices, timecards, and project paperwork accurately.
• Attend mandatory training sessions, team meetings, and company retreats.

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of electrical experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings, with a foundational understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technical installation tasks quickly.
• A dedicated, hardworking professional with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach.
• Clear written and verbal skills for both team coordination and expert customer interaction.
• High integrity, a positive attitude, a collaborative approach, and a personal drive for continuous self-improvement.
• A valid driver's license with an insurable record; must pass a background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements and Work Location:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks including climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (attics/crawlspaces) and at various heights.
• Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
