Step into a Day on Our Assembly Line
You clock in, join a quick team huddle, and pick up a new work order. With schematics at your bench and a tray of components at the ready, you route and bundle conductors, crimp terminals, and lock connectors with precision. Throughout the build, you verify measurements, check continuity, and document results. A successful test means the harness is packaged and queued for shipment—another quality build complete. In between jobs, you keep your station tidy, lend a hand with materials, and cross-train on a new product family to broaden your skills.
