We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Foreman with experience in multi-family housing and light commercial construction. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading and interpreting electrical plans and capable of managing a variety of job site responsibilities. This role requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with contractors and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a wide range of electrical tasks in new construction environments
  • Read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications
  • Coordinate site work with electrical contractors and other trades
  • Manage material deliveries and maintain inventory control
  • Install and maintain temporary power systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical circuits and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure all work complies with the current adopted version of the NEC
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in multi-family and/or light commercial construction
  • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical plans
  • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Excel
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Pay: The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $33 to $38 per hour.  The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
