Electrical Foreman

Trade Management is Hiring!

Trade Management is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical crews on large-scale construction projects throughout the Austin area. We're looking for a hands-on leader with strong commercial experience who can manage manpower, coordinate with project management, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

Position Details

  • Position: Electrical Foreman

  • Location: Austin & Surrounding Areas

  • Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour (DOE)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Duration: Long-Term

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday with overtime opportunities

Position Overview

The Electrical Foreman is responsible for supervising commercial electrical crews, coordinating daily work activities, maintaining production schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and promoting a strong safety culture while working closely with Superintendents and Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise commercial electrical crews

  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules

  • Plan daily work assignments and manpower

  • Install conduit, feeders, panels, switchgear, lighting, and electrical equipment as needed

  • Coordinate with General Contractors and other trades

  • Maintain production schedules and quality standards

  • Enforce OSHA safety requirements and company safety policies

  • Order and manage materials and equipment

  • Mentor Apprentice and Journeyman Electricians

  • Complete daily reports and communicate project progress

Requirements

  • Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)

  • Previous experience as a Commercial Electrical Foreman

  • 7+ years of commercial electrical construction experience

  • Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial construction practices

  • Ability to manage multiple electricians simultaneously

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • OSHA 30 preferred

  • Reliable transportation and personal tools
