Electrical Field Supervisor

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Field Supervisor with strong leadership abilities and extensive knowledge of residential electrical systems. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations on single-family residential job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are consistently met.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in single-family residential work, with six years preferred, and hold a valid Journeyman License.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise on-site electrical teams, subcontractors, and apprentices on residential job sites
Plan, schedule, and coordinate tasks to meet project deadlines and budget requirements
Interpret and execute electrical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC codes, local building codes, and company safety standards
Conduct regular safety briefings and job site inspections
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to report on job progress, workforce needs, and potential issues
Provide technical guidance, hands-on support, and mentorship to crew members
Order, track, and manage materials and tools to keep projects moving efficiently
Qualifications
Required:
Valid Journeyman Electrician License
Minimum 4 years of hands-on residential electrical experience (single-family homes); 6+ years preferred
Proven supervisory or field leadership experience
Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and code compliance
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated surfaces
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Manual dexterity to operate hand and power tools
Ability to work in confined spaces when necessary
Work Environment
Primarily outdoor residential construction job sites throughout the Phoenix area
Exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and dust
Frequent interaction with construction teams, subcontractors, and management
Fast-paced environment with multiple projects operating simultaneously
