This full-time, in-office role involves developing accurate cost assessments for electrical projects by examining project demands and bid documents. Key responsibilities include performing thorough research to pinpoint precise costs for labor and materials and managing vendor and subcontractor relationships by obtaining and evaluating quotes effectively. You'll be instrumental in crafting professional proposals for clients, nurturing client relationships, and offering strategic insights and expert advice during project kickoff meetings. Your role also extends to collaborating with ownership on strategic bidding discussions.
