Job Description
The Electrical Estimator will be based in the Phoenix office and focus on estimating electrical work for substations and transmission and distribution projects. This role supports estimating leadership by preparing accurate and competitive bids, coordinating subcontractors, and contributing to cost control and scheduling for power infrastructure projects.

Work Environment
This is a salaried, office-based position located in Phoenix, Arizona, with standard Monday-Friday workdays and start and end times to be determined. The role involves working in a professional power infrastructure contracting environment that delivers EPC and general contracting services for utilities, energy producers, governmental agencies, and private firms across regions west of the Mississippi, including Hawaii. The Electrical Estimator works closely with two Chief Estimators, who provide guidance and training in estimating practices as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture focused on accuracy, competitiveness, and professional growth. The work primarily uses Microsoft Excel and specialized estimating and take-off software, and involves minimal travel. The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
