Join an established and fast-paced electrical construction organization as an Electrical Estimator in Kansas City, MO, where you’ll help price complex commercial projects throughout the local market. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Estimator position include:
- Minimum 2+ years of commercial electrical estimating experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Perform full takeoffs including labor, materials, equipment, and minor consumables
- Experience bidding large-scale projects ranging from $20M-$100M
- Knowledge of ground-up electrical construction including underground systems, earthing, wiring, distribution, control panels, and mid to high voltage systems
- Use ConEst, Accubid, or similar estimating software, along with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
- Assist with identifying projects to bid and support preconstruction efforts
- Help build relationships and stay informed on upcoming project opportunities in the greater Kansas City area
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
