With a steady pipeline of work and a commitment to quality, the company offers a professional environment where team members can take ownership of their projects and grow their careers.Job DescriptionDevelop detailed and accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems, while coordinating closely with electrical and plumbing scopes, based on project drawings and specifications.Partner with project managers, engineers, and design teams to ensure pricing aligns with project requirements, budgets, and timelines.Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier bids to identify the most competitive and qualified partners.Interpret and analyze construction documents, including plans, specifications, and technical requirements.Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and profitability.Maintain and continuously update pricing databases for labor, materials, and equipment to ensure estimate accuracy.Support preconstruction efforts by participating in bid reviews, scope discussions, and client presentations as needed.Assist in tracking and analyzing project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure alignment with approved budgets.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
