Responsible for overseeing Regional Technical Leads and electrical teams across the U.S., providing technical leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for industrial, power, and utility projects.
Serve as the senior technical authority, ensuring technical excellence, quality, and compliance.
Lead practice development, mentorship, and growth initiatives while supporting project delivery and client relationships.
Qualifications include a PE license, 15+ years of experience, and expertise in industrial electrical systems, substations, and project management.
Locations include Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, and Georgia, with potential for hybrid work options.
Travel requirement is approximately 20%. Additional qualifications preferred include leadership experience and knowledge of EPC project processes.
