Job Summary: ICT's San Antonio office is looking for a personable Electrical Engineer to join a multi-discipline design team! The role will also include business development, marketing, and project management duties. If you think this might be a good fit for you, keep reading and apply!
General Duties:
Candidate will be responsible for the total electrical systems design for specific projects.
Make calculations integral to the electrical systems design.
Be familiar with and apply applicable building codes and standards.
Deal directly with clients/owners to determine specific project needs.
As Project Manager, manage, direct, and supervise project to assure project confirms to the commitments related to time, quality, and communications. Deal directly with client to establish project schedules and expectations.
Assist market segment manager and team leader in manpower projections and scheduling of work.
Manage, direct, and supervise electrical engineering staff in the execution of specific projects to meet schedules and timely completion of projects. Schedule and lead electrical production staff meetings.
Supplement ICT design standards and administrative procedures where needed.
Learn ICT's client base and the services provided.
Provide marketing support for project pursuits.
Capable of increasing technical competency with experience and work ethic
Ability to effectively communicate with architects, owners, and contractors.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a strong team.
Excellent organization and time management skills

Skills:
Design of Commercial and/or Healthcare Building experience is preferred.
Willingness to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Experience with healthcare facility design projects a plus
Experience using and understanding of REVIT designing platforms.
Excellent written and oral communication skills essential for team-based projects.
Qualifications:
B.S. degree in electrical engineering and 5 or more years of applicable experience in design/engineering of building electrical power systems.
Texas PE certification preferred, not required
Must have Project Management experience.
Knowledge of engineering theories and methodologies.
Knowledge of project approach and system design.
